From 405 North: • Head north from Seattle or Bellevue on I-405 and take the eastbound SR522 exit at Woodinville. • Continue to Monroe for 13 miles until SR522 curves around and ends at the SR 2 intersection. • Turn right and head west for 1/4 mile until the next light by the entrance to the fairgrounds. • Turn left onto 179 SE over the railroad tracks. • North West Spine & Sports Physicians is on the immediate left after you pass Valley General Hospital.
